Meet the Team

Derek has held numerous compliance, accounting, and operational roles in Indiana politics since getting his start on then-Governor Mike Pence's gubernatorial campaign. His most recent roles include Director of Office Operations for the Indiana Republican Party, Treasurer of Team Holcomb JFC and PAC, and responsible for the accounting and compliance function of Governor Eric Holcomb's re-election campaign. He has experience working with political committees at all three levels of government. He holds a BA in Accounting from Ball State University and an MSA from the Kelly School of Business.

Zach has worked in a variety of roles within Indiana politics, with experience in finance, fundraising, and political operations at the federal, state, and local levels. His most recent roles include Deputy Finance Director at the Indiana Republican Party and Governor Eric Holcomb’s re-election campaign, and Finance Assistant on Mike Pence’s gubernatorial campaign. Zach has also served in the Indiana Air National Guard since 2014 as a Security Forces Specialist. In 2018 he deployed to Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, and in 2021 served on Active Duty for a year as a training NCO at Hulman Field ANG Base in Terre Haute, IN. He holds a BS in Public Policy Studies from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. He and his wife, Maddy, live in the Holy Cross neighborhood of Indianapolis. You can likely find them and their goldendoodle, Otis, walking downtown or grabbing a beer at one of the local breweries around the city.

Tracy got her start in accounting in 1998 working at a local CPA firm and became a CPA in 2002 before she made her switch to campaign compliance working at the Indiana Republican Party. Since then she has been working in the compliance space for nearly 20 years. She specializes in state party committees and has held numerous positions doing compliance and accounting work for federal PACs, Congressional Campaigns, Senate Campaigns, and many state candidate committees organizations.
